When a family of four becomes a family of five, newborn photos are important but so are the sweet moments between the older siblings and the newest addition.
I had the honor of photographing beautiful baby girl Eliana and her family. Eliana didn’t want to sleep much for me, but I was still able to capture images that Eliana and her family can look back upon and use to remember these fleeting newborn moments.
Please have a look at some of my favorite photos from Eliana’s Cleveland newborn photo session.
Detail shots are just as important to me as images of baby’s face. These perfect tiny toes were too cute not to document!
Little Eliana has enough lashes for two babies! I’m a little jealous!
I could not get enough of baby Eliana’s natural thick mohawk!
The newest squad. These little ladies are lucky to have such a tough guy on their side.
How beautiful are these sisters together?
The protective big brother.

A couple things to keep in mind when scheduling your newborn session:
- Schedule as early as possible. Session times fill up fast, you don’t want to miss your opportunity to get your baby in studio when they’re still very fresh and new!
- Consider the colors you may want to incorporate into your baby’s session. Think about where you might want to display the images in your home and what the style and color scheme of your home is. Be sure to communicate this with your photographer
- Don’t stress! A newborn session should not be a stress for the parents or baby. Relax and take it all in!
